Job summary

Lubrizol Corporation is seeking a Security Engineer to design, implement, and govern a resilient security posture across on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud environments. You’ll drive risk assessments, threat modeling, and remediation prioritization, aligning with ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS benchmarks while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to embed security into architecture and CI/CD pipelines.

The role requires 2+ years in cybersecurity, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and hands‑on experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity or a related role with security controls across enterprise and cloud environments.
• Experience designing security controls, cloud security platforms/services, audits/compliance (ISO 27001/NIST/SOC 2).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and govern a resilient security posture across on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Lead threat modeling, vulnerability management, and penetration testing activities.
• Collaborate with applications, data, and infrastructure teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines.
