Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
• 4+ years in technology domains (e.g. software development, cloud computing, security, networking)
• Knowledge of AWS services
• 4+ years advising customers on architectures meeting industry standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, and NIST frameworks
• US government security clearance of secret or above
• Cloud technology certifications (e.g. Solutions Architecture, Cloud Security) or CASP+/CCSP/Cloud+ would be a plus
• Experience in security assessments and audits of IT processes
• Understanding of Agile, CI/CD, DevOps and their impact on risk management and compliance
• Fluency with GenAI tools and responsible AI practices

Responsibilities

• Expertise – Delivers in teams that include Amazonians, partners, and customers to enhance security assurance and compliance programs
• Solutions – Define innovative compliance and risk management approaches to help customers move sensitive workloads to the cloud faster
• Delivery – Resolve security assurance questions and navigate risk to achieve compliance while operating in the AWS Cloud with deep-dive discussions and demonstrations
• Insights – Work with AWS engineering, support and business teams to feed feedback into roadmaps
• Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
