Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Cloud Security Application Manager to lead the lifecycle of key cloud security apps within GIS/CST. You will coordinate change, problem and incident activities, and drive compliance deliveries with risk, control, and technology teams.

The role requires strong business analysis, communication skills, and experience across public cloud platforms. In-office culture with role-specific flex and robust benefits is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience working within public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and IaC/PaC concepts.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence in Horizon environment.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
• Experience with supporting 3rd party applications.
• Experience with Bank of America Compliance practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Change, Problem and Incident Management activities associated with supported applications.
• Responsible for completing and tracking risk and compliance deliverables to ensure applications adhere to applicable policies and standards.
• Partner closely with control functions, risk management and Technology teams to ensure technical security, risk, and other compliance activities are completed on-time and per requirements.
