Job summary

Bank of America in Chicago seeks a Cloud Security Application Manager to lead the lifecycle of critical cloud security apps within GIS and CST. You will coordinate Change, Problem and Incident Management, ensure compliance with policies, and work with control functions, risk management and technology teams.

Strong cloud, DevOps, and communication skills are essential to deliver secure, compliant solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with public cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP.
• Knowledge of cloud principles: DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, PaC.
• Experience with Horizon environment, Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• Experience with supporting third-party applications.
• Experience with Bank of America Compliance practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Change, Problem and Incident Management activities associated with supported applications.
• Responsible for completing and tracking risk and compliance deliverables to ensure applications adhere to applicable policies and standards.
• Partner closely with control functions, risk management and Technology teams to ensure technical security, risk, and other compliance activities are completed on-time and per requirements.
