Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Cloud Security Application Manager to lead the lifecycle of critical cloud security applications within the GIS and CST groups. You will coordinate change, problem, and incident management, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations across vendor, development, and infrastructure teams.

The role requires strong business analysis and communication skills to coordinate security control delivery in public cloud environments, while aligning with risk management

Qualifications

• Experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of Cloud principles including DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, PaC.
• Experience with Horizon environment, Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management.

Responsibilities

• Support Change, Problem and Incident Management for supported applications.
• Track risk and compliance deliverables to ensure policy adherence.
• Coordinate with control functions, risk management and tech teams for on-time compliance.
