Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll coordinate requirements, plan schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.

Your projects may span offices and time zones, and you’ll help keep everyone aligned on progress and deadlines. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 3 years in program or project management, 3 years managing cross-functional initiatives, and

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stakeholders, track progress, and keep teams informed about deadlines and milestones.
• Align resources and processes with compliance/privacy policies, and drive continual process improvements.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $111000 - $159000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

• Manage an overview of project goals and deliverables presented on a timeline and use the roadmap to manage stakeholder expectations, and to communicate plans and coordinate resources.


• Collaborate with team members or stakeholders to understand or identify work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.


• Complete (e.g., budget, schedule, resource, technical) risk identification and risk assessment activities and mitigation plans in addition to monitoring risk, and recording its evolution and influence on project/program objectives.


• Establish and track processes in collaboration with stakeholders, hold stakeholders/teams accountable for following the established processes, identify sponsors and stakeholders and secure resources, ensure work alignment with compliance/privacy policies, identify opportunities, implement process improvements, and support/promote the adoption of processes.
