Job summary

Google Sunnyvale is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs with cross-functional teams including engineering and product management. You will plan requirements, identify risks, and manage schedules while communicating clearly to executives and engineers alike.

In this role you will influence decision-making, drive governance, and accelerate delivery across cloud infrastructure, enterprise support systems, and AI/ML deployments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience in TPM within cloud infrastructure, enterprise support systems, or AI/ML deployment.
  • Experience with agile execution and sprint planning for multi-component engineering teams.
  • Preferred: cross-functional project management, LLMs/Vertex AI, CSP/CRM knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Implement communications standards across a portfolio of programs including executive and partner communications.
  • Establish cadence for program reviews, decision-making, prioritization and resource stewardship.
  • Lead governance to support executive decision-making and expose dependencies.
  • Identify change-management opportunities to increase program velocity.
  • Define and manage a program portfolio targeting high business impact.

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience in technical program management within cloud infrastructure, enterprise support systems, or AI/Machine Learning product deployment.
  • Experience with agile execution and manage sprint planning for multi-component engineering organizations.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Prior experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Vertex AI, or conversational AI architectures.
  • Deep technical understanding of the Google Cloud Support Platform (CSP), case routing, or CRM technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of acting as a catalyst for engineering delivery excellence.

US: $192000 - $278000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
  • Implement communications standards across a portfolio of programs including executive and key partner communications.
  • Establish a reliable and visible cadence for program reviews, decision-making, prioritization, and resource stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources) whereby improvements such as efficiency and utilization gains are measurable and the impact can be felt organization wide.
  • Lead a governance structure that drives effective executive decision-making. Ensure governance structure effectively exposes and mitigates dependencies.
  • Seek out and identify change management opportunities that increase program velocity and which affect multiple teams.
  • Define/manage a program portfolio solving problems that target high business impact for the organization and product area.
