Job description

Cloud Product Manager - AWS

A Product Manager is needed with a strong technical understanding of AWS as a product and the ability to follow GDS principles. You will be responsible for the overall vision and quality of a set of technical products being delivered.

Responsibilities include:

1. Forming the vision for the product(s) and engaging teams and stakeholders in its development over time.
2. Leading the creation of roadmaps, release plans, and lifecycle plans from inception to retirement.
3. Managing the product through its lifecycle stages (discovery, alpha, beta, live).
4. Representing user needs throughout the delivery process.
5. Using product or service usage data and user feedback to generate new ideas for functionality or improvements, promoting a data-driven approach across the department.

The role is initially for 6 months, primarily remote, with one on-site meeting in London every few months.
