Job summary

GritHR Solutions, LLC is seeking a Platform Support & Security Analyst to join our Support, Operations & Security team. This role spans IT operations, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity to help build secure, reliable, and efficient systems.

You’ll provide Tier 2 support for our cloud platform and internal users, monitor security tools, and assist with SOC 2 compliance reviews. You’ll also improve documentation, runbooks, and operational processes to strengthen our security posture.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in IT support, cloud operations, or technical support.
Experience administering Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Familiarity with AWS services such as CloudWatch, Lambda, and Step Functions.
Experience with identity management platforms like Auth0, Okta, or Azure AD.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work in office.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 support for our cloud platform and internal users.
Troubleshoot issues across AWS, Auth0, MongoDB Atlas, and LangSmith.
Monitor platform health and investigate production incidents.
Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), user access, and application permissions.
Provision and secure employee laptops and manage onboarding/offboarding.
Monitor security alerts, perform access reviews, and support incident response.
Assist with monthly SOC 2 compliance reviews and documentation.
Improve documentation, runbooks, and operational processes.
