Job summary

BeyondTrust, Inc. is seeking a Software Development Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable core platform services across our identity security cloud portfolio.

You will contribute to authentication, authorization, onboarding, RBAC, and platform APIs while driving reliability and performance in a cloud-native environment. You’ll work with modern languages (Go, Java, C#) and leverage Terraform, Terragrunt, Kubernetes, and Datadog to deliver enterprise-grade services.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise-grade cloud-based systems.
• Proficient in one or more languages: Go, Java or C#.
• Deep understanding of cloud providers (AWS, GCP or Azure) and Kubernetes.
• IaC and CI/CD tooling experience (Terraform, Terragrunt, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
• Observability and monitoring with Datadog/Prometheus.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable core platform services across product lines.
• Improve reliability, observability, and performance of cloud services.
• Lead automation and IaC to streamline deployment and provisioning.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and ops teams to align platform capabilities.
