Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Infrastructure Consultant 3 to lead diagnostics, monitoring, and incident resolution across complex IT environments. You will develop tools, perform due diligence, and design secure, scalable infrastructure solutions.

You will implement robust monitoring, document deployment processes, and ensure SLA adherence. This role emphasizes change management, deployment optimization, and collaboration with multi-vendor teams to improve performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling and governance.
• Experience with deployment automation and security controls.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and infrastructure as code is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop diagnostic tools, establish monitoring protocols, and resolve complex incidents through root cause analysis while ensuring SLA adherence and creating action plans to prevent recurrence.
• Conduct IT infrastructure evaluations across multiple tracks, identify gaps and risks, and propose tailored enhancements.
• Create scalable, secure, and high-performing IT infrastructure solutions.
• Optimize deployment processes, ensure environment readiness, troubleshoot issues, and document deployment procedures.
• Develop and implement robust change management protocols to minimize risks and ensure smooth integration of updates.
• Analyze and enhance system performance by implementing advanced monitoring tools and addressing capacity needs.
• Implement security measures and disaster recovery strategies including risk assessments.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automate repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate with multi-vendor and cross-functional teams to ensure project execution and document activities.
• Create knowledge repositories and document methodologies to improve team efficiency and preserve institutional knowledge.
