Job summary

Early Warning Services, LLC in Scottsdale hosts a hybrid role seeking a Senior Director, Cloud Engineering to lead the deployment and operation of our cloud platforms. You will define roadmaps, drive architecture decisions and partner with business leaders to meet strategic goals.

You will manage a high-performance team, own outcomes across platform performance, security, and cost, and collaborate with security, finance and other functions to optimize cloud solutions while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer information systems or computer science.
• 15+ years in complex cloud infrastructure; 8+ years in leadership.
• User-first mindset focused on business outcomes.
• Extensive experience designing scalable AWS-based solutions.
• Cross-functional cloud experience in architecture, security, DevOps, and operations.
• Strong AWS experience.
• Experience delivering Web-scale platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Experience building performant, secure microservice-based solutions.
• Ability to mentor and energize teams.
• Understanding how cloud integrates with business functions.
• Familiarity with DevOps & SRE best practices.
• Excellent communication; ownership and urgency.
• Background and drug screen.

Responsibilities
