Job summary

UKG is seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer to design, automate, and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will develop infrastructure as code, build CI/CD workflows, and manage container platforms to improve developer productivity and platform reliability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, .NET or JavaScript.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Python, Bash, REST APIs, or comparable technologies.
• Extensive experience with software development practices and design patterns.
• Proficiency with GitHub and Jira for version control and work tracking.
• Understanding of cloud technologies and DevOps principles.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipeline design and optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
