Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer to support a government multi-cloud environment in AWS GovCloud and Azure GovCloud. You will design, implement, and optimize cloud solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high availability and security across cloud platforms.

The role emphasizes hands-on work with cloud services, security compliance (NIST/FedRAMP), and modernization efforts in a DHS-related context.

Qualifications

• DHS EOD security clearance eligibility required.
• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years in cloud engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize cloud solutions in Azure GovCloud and AWS GovCloud.
• Develop and maintain cloud architecture standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
• Build and monitor CI/CD pipelines using GitLab for apps and infrastructure.
• Support secure cloud environments with IAM, encryption, and network security.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams across AWS and Azure.
