Qualifications

• 5+ years in product delivery, program delivery, or related domain.
• Strong delivery KPI-driven improvement track record.
• Experience in product or platform-wide release management.
• Effective communication and inclusive stakeholder alignment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end intake and planning workflows.
• Proven ability to manage delivery risk and mitigation planning.
• Proficiency with agile tooling and backlog operations (e.g., Jira).
• Experience maintaining capacity data and allocation changes.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end product delivery processes across CFS with measurable outcomes.
• Executes backlog planning and prioritization translating demand into an actionable plan.
• Mitigates delivery risks by coordinating security and risk issue intake and escalation.
• Drives delivery feasibility decisions by synthesizing resources and constraints.
• Reports product performance using metrics and dashboards (delivery predictability, aging items).
• Partners with CFS leaders to refine quarterly planning and capacity visualization.
• Automates process optimization through scripting and Copilot in VS Code.
• Manages CFS-wide resource allocation data ensuring accuracy and auditability.
• Coordinates adherence to deadlines across customer feature requests and regulatory items.
• Coaches teams on effective formation and execution rituals; improves delivery maturity.
• Administers backlog management in Jira with better hygiene and traceability.
