Job summary

Sopsai is seeking an experienced architect to design multi-region landing zones and AI-ready cloud platforms. You will lead the modernization of legacy estates to cloud services and define reference architectures for data and AI workloads.

The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments. Certifications such as AWS Pro or Azure Expert are necessary, along with strong skills in Terraform and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building on AWS, Azure, or GCP — ideally multi-cloud.
• Excellent written communication for High-Level and Low-Level Design documents.
• Track record leading enterprise-scale migrations greater than 500 workloads.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-account and multi-region landing zones with strong governance.
• Lead modernization of legacy estates onto cloud-native services.
• Define reference architectures for data, AI, and event-driven workloads.
• Run architecture review boards with client enterprise architects.
• Coach engineers on cloud patterns, cost optimization, and resilience.
