Job summary

SambaNova Systems seeks an experienced DevOps/SRE leader to architect and operate our next‑generation platform. You will own the Kubernetes-based runtime, design Terraform modules for AWS, GCP, and Azure, and bridge on‑prem with cloud deployments to accelerate AI workloads.

You will collaborate with AI/engineering teams, implement observability, and help ensure secure, scalable infrastructure across hybrid environments. This role requires strong cloud, networking, and security skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/Go/Rust).
• Expertise with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code across multi-clouds.
• Strong proficiency with AWS, GCP, or Azure core services.
• Knowledge of networking and cloud security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain our internal developer platform across cloud and on‑prem.
• Design, write, and manage Terraform modules for multi-cloud resources.
• Build highly available Kubernetes clusters for AI workloads.
• Implement robust networking connecting multi‑cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Collaborate with AI and software teams to accelerate development cycles.
• Apply observability and participate in on‑call rotations.
