Job summary

Franklin Fitch is seeking a Senior Cloud Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise cloud solutions across Azure and AWS. This strategic, hands-on role partners with clients to architect secure, scalable environments while driving the adoption of modern AI technologies.

You will mentor engineering teams, steer cloud governance and security practices, and translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable architectures across hybrid infrastructures.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience architecting enterprise cloud solutions in Azure and AWS.
• Strong knowledge of networking, security, identity, compute, storage, and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud‑native application platforms.
• Expertise with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience administering Microsoft Fabric and modern cloud data platforms.
• Strong PowerShell and/or Python scripting experience.
• Deep understanding of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and hybrid identity solutions.
• Experience with Git and version control best practices.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, compliance, and cloud cost optimization.
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude Enterprise, and ChatGPT Enterprise.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI.
• Understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI governance, and secure AI adoption.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, including DLP, Information Protection, and Insider Risk Management, is a plus.
