Qualifications

• 10+ years in Performance Engineering
• Hands-on with GCP and cloud-native arch
• Experience with cloud-scale perf analytics and testing

Responsibilities

• Define and drive performance engineering strategy for GCP transformation
• Lead perf assessments, benchmarks, and studies with data-driven recommendations
• Establish standards, guardrails, and non-functional requirements for capacity and resiliency
• Design validation frameworks for load, stress, endurance, and failover testing
• Mentor and provide technical leadership across PPAM team
• Communicate risks and tradeoffs to senior stakeholders
