Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking an experienced Performance Testing Engineer to design and lead testing strategies across applications, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms. You will develop comprehensive load, stress and capacity tests and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines for ongoing performance optimization.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills, with a preference for candidates with banking/FS or high-volume systems background.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance testing/engineering with Apache JMeter and enterprise-scale validation.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and mentoring skills; banking/FS or high-volume systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead performance testing strategy, frameworks, standards and best practices across applications, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.
• Develop and execute load, stress, endurance, scalability, volume and capacity testing to ensure reliability and performance.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous performance monitoring and optimization.
• Analyze application, database, infrastructure and network performance to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Work with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), containers (Docker/Kubernetes) and observability tools like Dynatrace, Datadog, or AppDynamics.
• Apply performance engineering, capacity planning, SRE, root cause analysis and tuning in cloud-native environments.
