Mimecast North America, Inc. is seeking a Cloud Partner Manager for the Americas.

This hybrid role is local to Lexington, MA or open to US remote candidates, with responsibility to grow our marketplace revenue through AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud marketplaces. You will drive new business, renewals, and expansions by building strong relationships with cloud providers, resellers, and the partner ecosystem, while coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering revenue growth via hyperscaler marketplaces.
• Experience managing strategic partners with KPIs and performance reviews.
• Renews and expands recurring revenue through strong relationships.
• Familiarity with AWS Marketplace, Microsoft Azure Marketplace, Google Cloud Marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Own regional ARR target through hyperscaler marketplaces, driving new business and expansions.
• Build and execute the regional Cloud Partner Business Plan aligned with ARR goals.
• Optimize marketplace listings for onboarding, transaction, and adoption.
• Maintain relationships with AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud to drive co-sell pipeline.
• Drive new logo acquisition across target verticals with hyperscaler teams.
• Close high-value opportunities via CPPO/MPPO and private offers.
• Engage resellers and distributors to align with hyperscaler strategies and joint GTM.
• Provide deal support through office hours, deal clinics, and enablement.
• Represent Mimecast at hyperscaler events to build pipeline and brand.
• Report marketplace performance and surface headwinds for leadership reviews.
