Job summary

Visual Soft, Inc is seeking qualified candidates (US Citizens with active ACTIVE TOP SECRET clearance - a requirement on its subcontract with work share on a Project with a Major Prime) for a federal agency. The role is for a Cloud/Ops Platform Engineer on a federal project with onsite work in Huntsville, AL.

Location: Huntsville, AL; Timings: onsite; Compensation is negotiable with standard benefits based on experience, education, degree and certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience performing development and deployment on a cloud solution or high availability environment.
• AWS Experience with Terraform is required.
• Must be able to self-manage work priorities.
• Strong communication skills to engage with external teams and implement solutions to meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 5 years of experience performing development and deployment activities on a private/public cloud solution or a comparable high availability environment.
• AWS Experience with Terraform is required
• 3 days a week on site in Vienna, VA
• Must be able to self-manage work priorities

• BS degree is required, however, Associate degree with 10+ years of experience may be considered
