Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience administering cloud infrastructure and on-prem environments.
• Strong troubleshooting of servers, networks, and operating systems.
• Familiarity with VMware, AD, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operations support for hardware and operating systems, including Cloud Services.
• Evaluate and monitor system utilization; troubleshoot operational problems.
• Coordinate server/network/OS changes and test new hardware/software.
• Maintain VMware and Cloud virtual environments; manage Active Directory.
• Administer firewalls and security appliances; support DR/BCP planning.
• Update run books and handle infrastructure-related tickets.
• Cross-train team members and support inbound communications.
