Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Cloud Operator to support a mission-driven, highly automated cloud environment. You will operate an Infrastructure-as-Code ecosystem, ensure secure and reliable system performance, and contribute to full lifecycle IT delivery for a federal partner.

The role requires 2+ years in systems administration, experience with Windows or Linux, and familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred). A technical degree or equivalent experience is required.

Competenze

2+ years of progressive systems administration experience.
2+ years of hands-on Windows or Linux system administration.
Experience supporting cloud environments (AWS preferred).
Experience in a DevSecOps environment using configuration management and Infrastructure-as-Code.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field OR 4 years of equivalent professional or military experience.

Mansioni

Apply configuration management and engineering lifecycle practices to maintain secure systems.
Configure, maintain, and document Windows Server 2016/2019 and RHEL 7/8 environments.
Harden OS and services to meet federal security standards.
Manage COTS and GOTS applications to ensure operational readiness.
Sustain production enterprise systems like firewalls, file servers, and monitoring tools.
Provide responsive, customer-focused technical support, written and via phone.
