Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the user and agency-facing functions of the CDM Program, including Tier 1/2 support, incident management, and matrixed SRE leadership for a cloud big data solution. You will mentor multiple teams and drive continuous improvement with metrics-driven decisions.

Requires 6+ years leading cloud operations in federal or regulated environments, strong collaboration with product owners and DevOps, and US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24x7 operations for Tier 1/2 support and matrixed SRE teams.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and operate cloud components on AWS.
• Ensure SLAs and OLAs are met; drive continuous improvement and incident response.
• Develop IT policies, data security, and governance across the CDM program.
