Job summary

KPG99 INC is seeking a Cloud Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our cloud infrastructure in Philadelphia, PA. You will lead a team of cloud engineers, SREs, and networks professionals to deliver scalable infrastructure and automation.

The role requires strong AWS knowledge, leadership, and strategic planning, working with internal teams and external partners to ensure Production Maintainability and cost-efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead cloud teams and align IT with business goals.
• Strong expertise in AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Hands-on experience with IaC tooling and automation practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term cloud strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers and SREs for operational excellence.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Enforce security, compliance, and data protection in the cloud.
• Ensure 24/7 availability through proactive monitoring and incident response.
• Optimize performance, latency, and cost of cloud services.
• Collaborate with PMs, vendors, and stakeholders to define IT operating model.
