Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects from start to finish. You will plan requirements with internal customers, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate trade-offs with engineers and executives.

You will drive programs through the lifecycle, improve processes, and identify future opportunities, leveraging extensive technical and leadership expertise across large-scale networking and AI infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of program management experience.
• 5 years in cloud computing with TCP/IP, network programming, or capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
• Prioritize program goals and translate stakeholder needs into deliverables with minimal assistance.
• Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, or manage project plans for supported program(s).
• Review key metrics, monitor deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.
• Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to drive impact and mutual goals.
