Job summary

Google Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager I for Infrastructure within Google Cloud. You will lead cross‑functional teams to plan requirements, identify risks, and manage project schedules from concept to delivery.

You’ll work with executives and engineers to discuss tradeoffs, ensure on‑time execution, and scale infrastructure across cloud services and data centers globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience in program management.
• Experience working on infrastructure engineering teams or experience in service performance or quality.
• Experience with infrastructure projects (e.g., across software, hardware, data center, or networking).

Responsibilities

• Review and understand Google's network architecture standards.
• Communicate with internal business owners to collect drivers and deadlines for delivering colocation space and associated infrastructure.
• Design spaces that meet today's needs along with maintain flexibility for the future.
• Evaluate data center facilities to ensure they meet internal reliability requirements.
• Create high-level project plans that identify resource needs and critical paths.
