Job summary

Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association (WFAA) seeks a Cloud & Network Services Manager to lead cloud and network infrastructure, drive automation, and elevate service performance. This hybrid role requires on-site presence in Madison, WI at least two days per week, with strategic collaboration across IT and security teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Cloud Services and Network Services day-to-day operations.
• Lead teams, manage staffing, and prioritize projects.
• Ensure security, compliance, and incident response effectiveness.
• Drive automation, AI-enabled tooling, and IaC across environments.
• Partner with leadership to set strategic roadmaps for cloud/network.
• Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
