Job summary

Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association is seeking a Cloud & Network Services Manager to lead and advance our cloud and network infrastructure. You will manage day-to-day operations, drive automation, and set strategic direction for AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365, VMware, and enterprise networking while ensuring security and reliability.

The role requires strong people leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to communicate complex infrastructure strategies to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in cloud and/or network infrastructure design, engineering, and support.
• 3+ years leading technical engineering or admin teams.
• 5+ years managing cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Microsoft 365, and identity management.
• 5+ years working with enterprise network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, WLAN).
• Experience managing relationships with MSPs, ISPs, and other vendors.
• Proven cross-functional infrastructure project leadership and AI-enabled ops experience.
• Experience with automation and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Cloud Services and Network Services teams for AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365, VMware, LAN/WAN/WLAN.
• Coordinate incident triage, escalation, and resolution for cloud and network issues.
• Review and approve changes, minimize operational risk with change management.
• Lead root cause analysis, post-incident reviews, and remediation planning.
• Ensure DR, failover, and business continuity testing across cloud and network environments.
• Champion automation, IaC, and AI-enabled tooling to improve efficiency.
• Maintain documentation, standards, and monitoring baselines.
• Prioritize cloud and network projects and align with business needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within Infrastructure & Security to optimize operations.
