Job summary

By Light Professional IT Services LLC is seeking a network-focused professional to support the global network infrastructure for a large Federal Government agency. You will configure multi-cloud networks, VPNs, and security groups, while troubleshooting and documenting topology and procedures.

The role requires hands-on technical support experience with Cisco/Arista gear, firewall concepts, and WAN/LAN networks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of network administration experience.
• Experience with Arista routers and switches, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with VPNs and remote access configurations.
• Solid TCP/IP knowledge including VLANs and routing protocols.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain multi-cloud VPCs, subnets, route tables, and security groups.
• Monitor and troubleshoot multi-cloud network connectivity with native tools.
• Assist in site-to-site VPN setup and Direct Connect links.
• Audit ACLs and security group rules for policy compliance.
• Document configurations and topology diagrams for operations and compliance.
• Provide Tier 1 support for cloud network incidents and escalations.
