Entelligence is seeking a Cloud Network Engineer in Princeton, New Jersey to provide crucial technical support for our customers. This role involves troubleshooting, managing support cases, and participating in technical discussions with multifunctional teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Next Generation Firewalls VM series.
• Expertise in Application Performance Monitoring and response time metrics.
• In-depth knowledge and deployment experience of Remote Access technologies.
• Network Security experience including IPS/IDS and NGFW.

Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Support to customers and partners.
• Manage support cases to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Provide fault isolation and root-cause analysis for technical issues.
• Publish Technical Support Bulletins and documentation in the Knowledge Base.
