Elastic seeks a Senior Network Engineer to design, deploy, and manage a multi-cloud network and VDI infrastructure. You will collaborate with engineering, security, and operations to drive automation and Zero Trust security while ensuring reliability and scalability.

You will lead network architecture, VPN/VDI implementations, monitoring, and security policy development. The role includes on-call support, documentation, and training for junior staff, with opportunities to shape a growing global

Qualifications

• 5+ years with network engineering in a multi-cloud environment.
• 3+ years with VPN and VDI technologies.
• Proficiency in designing multi-cloud network architecture.
• Experience with Meraki network management.
• Skilled in conducting security assessments and vulnerability scans.
• Knowledge of network performance monitoring tools.
• Ability to diagnose VPN connectivity issues.
• Experience with maintaining Aviatrix.
• Track record of optimizing VPN/VDI deployments for performance and reliability.
• Demonstrated Zero Trust security implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design and document a robust multi-cloud network architecture and documentation.
• Deploy VPN and VDI solutions across multi-cloud and train staff.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize resources.
• Implement Zero Trust security across the network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot VPN/VDI connectivity and maintain logs.
• Update network diagrams and SOPs; manage knowledge base.
• Oversee VDI deployment and user access controls.
