You will design and implement containerized applications, work with systems engineering and DevSecOps, and contribute to mission-critical software in a regulated, government-facing program that requires a favorable Public Trust

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 2–4 years of relevant experience or Master’s with <2 years.
• Experience with Java programming language
• Experience with React
• Experience with Web development and front-end tools (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with Linux
• Experience with Git or Subversion
• Experience with IDEs (Eclipse, VS Code)
• Knowledge of AI-assisted software development tools
• Knowledge of Cloud-based systems
• Knowledge of JUnit and Mockito
• Understanding of sound software development principles
• Ability to plan and communicate effectively
• Independent thinker capable of high-quality work
• Ability to obtain SF-85 Public Trust suitability
• US citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Develop software individually and in teams, including writing, testing, debugging, and maintaining source code in an Agile environment
• Participate in daily stand-ups, Release Planning, and related team activities
• Write and execute unit and functional tests
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in labs and production environments
• Provide support for systems engineering, test engineering, and system owner teams
