Qualifications

• 8-10 years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate.
• 5+ years with AWS services (VPC, EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, EKS, RDS, API Gateway, Glue, Athena).
• Experience modernizing legacy apps and cloud-native development.
• Experience with DevOps and automation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based cloud-native applications and backend systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose modernization strategies.
• Utilize AWS services in application architecture.
• Develop and manage data lakes and AWS ETL/data pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews ensuring security and clean code.
• Monitor and optimize application performance for cost, security, and reliability.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges.
• Adhere to standards and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Work closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to refine requirements.
