Job summary

emerchantpay Ltd. seeks an experienced Information Security Lead to own design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of information security across cloud-native engineering and corporate IT.

The role blends hands-on delivery with security leadership, focusing on AWS and microservices, and embedding security into how engineering builds and ships. You will define strategy, drive secure SDLC adoption, and lead incident response, vulnerability management, and security governance across the tech

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information security, or related field.
• At least 10 years in information/cyber security with 2–3 years in leadership, securing cloud-native environments at scale.
• Deep public-cloud security knowledge (AWS strongly preferred).
• Strong experience securing DevOps/CI/CD pipelines and modern microservices architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain information security strategy, standards, and roadmap.
• Steer security architecture across cloud-native environment with secure-by-design patterns.
• Embed automated security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Govern IAM, encryption, data protection, and least-privilege across systems.
• Monitor threat landscape and drive improvements across org.
