Job summary

Leader Bank is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and support its cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on AWS, EKS, Terraform, and CI/CD platforms. The role drives platform modernization and reliable application delivery in a regulated financial environment.

You will collaborate with engineering and security teams to implement cloud-native solutions, container orchestration, and security best practices while upholding operational excellence and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years hands-on experience designing, building, and operating AWS-based infrastructure and DevOps platforms.
• Experience managing Kubernetes environments, preferably Amazon EKS.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications.
• Solid understanding of AWS core services (EC2, EKS, VPC, IAM, Route 53, CloudWatch, S3, RDS, Lambda).
• Strong understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of networking, security, DNS, load balancing, and cloud architecture principles.
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving in distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
• Build, administer, and optimize Amazon EKS clusters and containerized workloads.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and release processes.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions for reliability.
• Manage cloud networking, security, IAM, and access controls.
• Support microservices and cloud-native architectures with platform standards.
• Automate operational processes for efficiency and resilience.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and applications and perform root cause analysis.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and infrastructure teams on modernization and DevSecOps.
