Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a strong back-end developer with a cloud engineering background to join our team. You will build Java-based API-enabled apps and event-driven solutions, with a focus on scalable backend services and modern data approaches.

You will design, develop, and support systems, collaborate with product teams in an agile environment, and learn new technologies including AI. Office role with flexible work options; compensation range 70,000–140,000 USD annually.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 7+ years of development experience using Java, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• SQL and database knowledge (Oracle, Snowflake).
• 2+ years of production support or infrastructure engineering experience.
• DevSecOps and container tech like Kubernetes.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzes, designs, and develops systems from user specifications.
• Provides technical assistance for hardware or software problems.
• Maintains knowledge of industry trends as they apply to Huntington.
• May lead projects and train less experienced staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
