Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational health of the platform across production and non-production environments.
• Lead a full-spectrum O&M practice including monitoring, availability, resiliency, CM, system administration, incident response, deployment support, and auditing.
• Build and maintain resilient, highly available infrastructure with automated recovery and tested contingency plans.
• Drive continuous improvement in system performance and reliability using metrics and SLA reporting.
• Provide tiered technical support from routine issues to complex fixes to keep the mission running.
