The AI and Infrastructure team partners with Google customers and internal teams to deliver scalable logistics and data-center operations, driving continuous improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain environments managing vendors or 3PL groups.
• 5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day logistics operations management, manage 3PL vendors, and ensure SLA performance across warehouses and data centers.
• Manage and monitor metrics for KPIs, vendor performance scorecards, and develop business cases to support logistics process changes; own budgeting and capital projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (vendors, carriers, cross-functional teams) to reduce end-to-end delivery cycle times.
• Engage with Google stakeholders to align priorities and scale the business efficiently, delivering on joint performance goals.
