Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of logistics and supply chain experience managing vendors or 3PL groups.
7 years leading cross-regional operations teams.
5 years in a customer-facing role supporting logistics operations.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day logistics operations management, manage third-party logistics vendor operating warehouse and data centers in assigned locations.
Manage metrics for KPIs, vendor scorecards, and business cases to support logistics changes; lead budgeting and capital projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to reduce end-to-end delivery cycle times.
Engage with Google stakeholders to align priorities and scale the business efficiently.
Drive continuous opportunities to address obstacles for material flows into and out of data centers.
