Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of marketing experience with ownership of marketing functions.
• Hands-on experience with website design and CMS; focus on site structure, UX, and on-page content.
• Experience publishing white papers and thought leadership content for technical audiences.
• Technical background in chemistry, life sciences, or related field preferred.
• Experience in technical or scientific companies (lab automation, biotech, life sciences, or R&D).
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling to explain complex topics clearly.
• Strong project management to run multiple content workstreams and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the content marketing calendar, aligning output with brand, demand generation, and sales enablement goals.
• Write, edit, and manage production of blog posts, articles, case studies, and web copy for a scientific audience.
• Research, write, and publish in-depth white papers and technical reports showcasing rigor and product capability.
• Develop thought leadership content — bylines, opinion pieces, and long-form assets — with experts and leadership.
• Partner with product, science, and engineering teams to translate concepts into clear narratives.
• Manage freelance writers, designers, and agencies to scale content production.
• Track content performance (traffic, engagement, pipeline influence) and iterate based on results.
• Maintain scientific accuracy and credibility of content.
