• Basic understanding of laboratory testing and scientific concepts.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn) featuring lab work, testing processes, and educational topics.
• Develop short-form educational content explaining laboratory testing in an approachable way.
• Capture photos and videos in the lab following safety and quality guidelines.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual presence across platforms.
• Support digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and visibility.
• Assist with basic marketing materials (presentations, flyers, website content, emails).
• Collaborate with leadership to highlight new services, capabilities, and lab milestones.
• Attend trade shows and industry events; assist with booth setup and follow-up.
