Job summary

Envision Technology Advisors, LLC in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to guide complex cloud software and infrastructure projects from initiation to closure. The ideal candidate brings PMP certification, 7+ years of technical project management experience, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• PMP Certification is required.
• 7+ years' experience of technical project management delivering cloud software and infrastructure solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to self-direct and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects of high complexity across multiple technology domains.
• Build and manage client relationships; align expectations with sponsors and stakeholders; surface risks and tradeoffs to maintain alignment to scope, priorities and outcomes.
• Manage projects per the established scope, timeline, and budget.
• Identify PM team processes and gaps and areas for potential enhancements; document and review with the team.
• Research tools and platforms for departmental gain and to better team.
• Demonstrates knowledge of projects and project management within business context (business case, risk, etc.).
• Ensure project data integrity and accurate, timely coordination and documentation.
• Report progress to Senior PM, Services team, vCTOs and stakeholders.
• Develop trust and credibility; seek opportunities to add value to client initiatives.
• Provide proactive communications to the client and internal team members.
• Communicate project lifecycle, including activities, schedules, and deliverables to clients.
• Alert stakeholders of risks to baselined plan timeline and budget.
• Coordinate and communicate client responsibilities and expectations for success.
• Develop, monitor, and communicate status of project plans and reports.
• Identify and coordinate project resources including third-party vendors as needed.
• Assure that project outcomes meet client needs as defined in planned outcomes.
• Manage scope changes and change orders; communicate changes with client and team.
• Inform clients when deliverables are completed.
• Maintain project plans, including meeting minutes and dependencies.
• Track daily project tasks, assets, risks, and issues;
• Track and manage all products associated with projects.
• Participate in internal & client-facing project kickoff meetings.
• Review project objectives/expectations and scope.
• Coordinate additional initiatives and projects.
• Assign resources and delegate tasks to ensure successful completion.
• Other duties as assigned.
