Job summary

Agital is seeking an IT leader to administer cloud-based SaaS platforms and act as a hands-on technical lead for a growing IT team. You will oversee M365 and Google Workspace migrations, strengthen cybersecurity controls, and partner with leadership to define scalable IT standards and processes.

You will manage vendor relationships, licensing, and cost controls while ensuring a world-class employee experience and seamless service delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT administration or end-user support.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Experience managing cloud/SaaS apps for productivity and collaboration.
• Knowledge of ITIL, cybersecurity controls, and privacy/compliance basics.
• Certifications in Microsoft, Azure, Google, ITIL, or CompTIA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as hands-on technical lead for a growing IT team in a 100% cloud-based org.
• Lead M365 and Google Workspace migrations and consolidations with external partners.
• Support Director, IT and leadership to maintain high service quality and scalable IT platform.
• Develop and implement IT/Service Delivery standards and SOPs.
• Manage vendor contracts, licenses, and spend aligned with usage and budget.
• Coordinate IT projects, change management, and risk mitigation.
• Provide escalation support to the front-line service delivery team.
