• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
• Experience in legal or professional services environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Conditional Access policies.
• Manage SaaS applications, user provisioning, and access controls.
