Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in IT project management, ideally in cloud, IT infrastructure and/or managed services.
• Knowledge of IT service management (e.g. ITIL4, Six Sigma).
• Experience with automation, deployment processes or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Central coordination and responsibility for customer IT projects.
• Planning, coordinating and delivering projects in collaboration with customers.
• Building and maintaining transparent project documentation.

Skills

Several years of experience in IT project management

Strong communication skills

Excellent organisational skills

Understanding of Microsoft-based environments

Efficient use of AI tools

Fluent German (C1)

Education
