Job summary

oneclick AG is seeking an IT Systems Administrator (m/f/d) with expertise in Microsoft environments to join their team. You can choose to work fully remotely or in the office in Traunstein, Germany. The role involves supporting customers with our Desktop-as-a-Service platform and maintaining cloud infrastructures.

• Hours: Full-time

• Travel: Very rare, approx. 2× per year for team events

Your role

We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Administrator (m/f/d) to join our growing team – someone who is passionate about setting up, maintaining and developing cloud infrastructures with a focus on Microsoft, based on our oneclick™ platform.

How you will support our team

• Support our customers in the provisioning, deployment and use of our oneclick™ Desktop‑as‑a‑Service platform
• Set up and maintain Microsoft Windows Servers in cloud‑only infrastructures (e.g. Microsoft Azure, T Cloud Public, Exoscale)
• Set up and administer Microsoft server roles, e.g. AD DS, RDSH, IIS, and Microsoft products, e.g. MS SQL Server
• Set up, maintain and optimise networks and VPNs, e.g. Cisco Meraki MX/vMX, pfSense/OPNSense and VPN gateways at cloud providers, e.g. Azure VPN Gateway
• Set up and maintain hybrid cloud solutions
• Monitor and analyse the performance of customer environments
• Create and maintain technical documentation and processes
• Ensure compliance with our SLAs
• Collaborate with internal teams, e.g. product management and software development

What you bring to the table

• Completed IT qualification (e.g. IT specialist in system integration, Informatiker*in EFZ) or equivalent
• Expert knowledge in the operational administration of Microsoft Server 2019/2022/2025 environments
• Solid understanding of cloud‑based Microsoft products, e.g. M365, Azure, Entra, Intune
• Extensive experience in network configuration and administration
• Experience working with cloud infrastructures from leading and regional IaaS providers (e.g. Microsoft Azure, T Cloud Public, Exoscale, Hetzner)
• Efficient and proactive use of AI tools in day‑to‑day work
• Good organisational skills and a structured, self‑directed way of working
• Strong communication skills with customers and within the team
• Fluent German (C1) and strong English (at least B2)
• European citizenship or an unrestricted work permit for Germany

What would impress us further

• More than 4 years of experience as a Microsoft Administrator with a focus on server environments
• Degree in an IT‑related field (e.g. computer science, business informatics) or equivalent qualification
• Experience with Desktop‑as‑a‑Service (DaaS), Virtual Desktop or cloud workplaces
• Knowledge of common hypervisor technologies
• Knowledge of or certification in an IT service management framework, e.g. KCS
