AvePoint seeks a hands-on Cloud Infrastructure Leader to own strategy, roadmap, and execution for IaaS and PaaS data protection across Azure, AWS, and GCP. You will work with principal architects and engineers to deliver reliable, scalable protection capabilities and SaaS outcomes.

Lead architectural decisions, drive cost and performance optimizations, and collaborate with customers, partners, and field teams to convert real-world challenges into differentiated product capabilities.

Formación

• 6+ years in B2B technology, cloud infrastructure, or related technical domains.
• Deep expertise in at least one hyperscaler with transferability across others.
• Experience shaping shipped technical products or platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical product decisions on cloud APIs, backups, and security.
• Define strategy and roadmap across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Shape SaaS architecture including control/data planes and data movement.
• Drive cyber resilience with immutability, ransomware defenses, and recovery validation.
• Evaluate third‑party protections and native capabilities for competitive advantage.
• Translate customer needs into clear requirements and prioritized backlog.
