Job summary

Singing River Health System is seeking an Infrastructure & Cloud Manager to lead enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, and network services across the health system. You will drive availability, performance, scalability, and disaster recovery while coordinating with clinical and business teams.

Responsibilities include overseeing data centers, modernization efforts, and cloud adoption, reporting to the Director of Technology and Cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field required; 5+ years in related roles may substitute.
• De-escalation training completed by orientation (90 days); must have de-escalation training.
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure, AWS, VMware, Cisco, Palo Alto, ITIL preferred but not required.
• Experience leading infrastructure teams and managing hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for enterprise infrastructure and cloud platforms.
• Oversee network services, data center technologies, and related operations.
• Ensure availability, performance, and disaster recovery readiness across the system.
• Collaborate with application, cybersecurity, clinical, and business teams to deliver reliable tech solutions.
